Licence agreement and policies regarding Onsite 365

This EULA is a legal agreement between End User and Advania for the Product. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Product, End User agrees to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If End User does not agree to the terms of this EULA, promptly return the unused software product to the place from which it was obtained.

The Terms and Conditions also form a part of this EULA. In the case of any discrepancies the provisions of the EULA shall take precedence over the provisions of the Terms and Conditions.

Advania’s policy on the treatment of personal information is governed by Act No. 77/2000 on the Protection of Privacy as Regards the Processing of Personal Data.

In cases where personal information is recorded, due to e.g. job applications, orders or requests for further information provision, where you are required to record your name, address, e-mail or other personal information, Advania undertakes to preserve the above information in a secure and safe manner and will not disclose in any manner information that has been recorded for the above purposes to third parties without the agreement of the person in question or as a result of a court ruling.

A range of information is generated when you visit our website. This information is first and foremost collected for statistical purposes, i.e. to monitor service levels, number of visits to each page, etc.
